And while we have your attention, might we remind you that Marcus and Megan met at the gym. Perhaps this will inspire those of you couples in our midst to grab your spouse and register for the Rodeo Partner Division tonight. T-shirt order goes in tomorrow morning, so it’s best to do it now. Are you ready to do anything for 4 minutes and 56 seconds? That’s how long Hollis of Juggling for Jude just juggled her soccer ball without missing a kick, juggling 461 consecutive times! She has now officially reached her juggling goal. If you are inclined to donate, now would be the time, so she can blow past her fundraising goal of $25,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Before you go enjoy your holiday weekend, keep in mind those less fortunate, and donate what you can. Thank you for your continued support as this summer project winds down. Be safe this weekend!

Among many things, Robin Williams was an enthusiastic and generous supporter of St. Jude Hospital. Perhaps you will honor his memory and his work by donating today via Juggling for Jude. http://fundraising.stjude.org/site/TR/TAEvents/Events?px=2691898&pg=personal&fr_id=22340
From Dr. Allison: “I wrote this article the day before Robin Williams died. My article was/is meant as a reminder to address our psychological functioning, no matter our goals. Suicidal depression is at one end of a spectrum upon which we all lie. Take a look inward, and be sure to get help if/when you need it. Most of us do at some point. Even for those of you focused on your physical goals, I argue that our psychology is a critical component to whatever we do!”

Two of the 2013 TJ’s Gym Athletes of the Year. The guy on the right is moving to MN, and we are sending him off with a big ol bbq in OG tonight at 5:30. Sadly, the gal on the left won’t be there, since she’s on a beach on the east coast, but she’s with us in spirit. Mark Mossing, we miss you already!
